Product Details :

High Density Compact Discs are a combination of several layers of non woven abrasive material compressed and resin impregnated and then bonded on a fibreglass support disc.

These new abrasive tools don’t replace the traditional “Flap Discs” but they are appropriate for finishing applications including light deburring operations with the added benefit of saving on tool changes.

Applications:

• Excellent surface finish on stainless steel where it is necessary to have flexibility.

• Light deburring after laser cutting delivering uniform finish.

• Surface preparation before welding, galvanic or painting treatments.

• Finishing application after Flap Discs.

• Removal of thin welding lines.

• Removal of paint, colours, rust and oxides.
