Amber Engineering Enterprise engaged in manufacturing A. C. Induction Electric Motors offers Abrasive Belt Grinders both in Double ended as well as Single ended models ranging from 1 H,P. to 3 H.P. Abrasive belt grinders quickly and safely grind or polish materials to desired dimensions. The machine is suitable for mounting 200 x 50 mm and 250 x 50 mm rubber contact wheels and 2000 x 50 mm abrasive belts. Key features of this machine are that it is bench mounted as it has a direct drive in built 2800 RPM motor, serrated contact rubber wheel which helps to cut the grains faster, sheet metal safety belt guards, adjustable belt arm for horizontal and vertical position, an easily push down handle for belt tensioning, a knob for easy belt sliding adjustment and fitted with ON-OFF rotary switch , The grinder is suitable for working on both flat and profiled components, and on a wide range of materials. It’s applications are in casting and forging units, ceramic industries, plastic industries, fabricating shops and kitchenware industries. Besides this machines are also available in customized designs.
