The diamond trimming pen adopts thermal pressing technology of power metallurgy. Its base body has good wearing resistance ang high strengh. Diamonds are firmly embedded by alloy matrix and not easily dropped. Granules of diamond are arranged in the alloy matrix according to certain requierment , so it is easy to use without edge grinding or retrimming thus to ensure accuracy and surface roughness og processed parta and to reduce productive cost.
Based on arrangement styles by which diamonds are arranged in the alloy matrix, the diamond trimming pans are divided into four series as follows:
serise L——Diamonds are distributed in chain style
serise C——Diamonds are distributed in layer style
serise P——Diamonds are distributed in row style
serise F——Diamonds are distributed in pouder style
