Horizontal tensioning machine for saw blades and steel cores.

MAIN FEATURES

All the machines should have CE sign on the machine, CE Certificate and have manufacturer rating plate (name plate), placed on the back of the machine - easy to dismount. On all of the machines should not be painted data (logo) of the manufacturer (except the rating plate).  Machines should have English instruction manual with installation procedures and codes.

Automatic tensioning and controlling for circular saw blades at same machine. Possible diameter is from 100mm to 1200mm. The shank should be horizontal loaded and unloaded on the machine for levelling and test the tension on the vertically position conditions without for checking and tensioning carried out by the computer test system.

PC CONTROL

·         The  machine  comes  with  an  electronic  control  unit  to  measure  flatness  and  tension  values  that  are graphically represented on PC.

·         Tension data are not affected by flatness errors. The machine measures the absolute tension of the blade
