BROWN FUSED ALUMINA - GRADES
We offer both high quality widely applied BFA, and special grades BFA that meet specific customer's manufacturing requirements.
We supply different types of chemical quality Brown Fused Alumina. Each is custom produced, and posseses different product performance and life time properties.
1. Commercial grade BFA for sandblasting (grit shape consistently blocky --> high bulk density value and Al2O3 95.5% (typical value)
2. Grinding wheel grade BFA (production of grinding wheels / sand belts / cutting wheels) » Exceptional toughness properties › TiO2 ≧ 3.5% (typical value)
3. Refractory grade BFA (excellent heat resistance properties, and made to special sieving distribution)
Our full BFA assortment consists of:

3 types of grinding wheel / sandpaper grades
refractory grade (with different sieve distributions)
Our BFA grades have been developed in response to European customer's application and market needs. Clients include Rolls Royce, Siemens, BMW.
