2MK2135 CNC high efficiency deep holehoning machine is equipment suitable for honing and burnishing cylindrical deephole parts such as various hydraulic oil cylinders and cylinders. This machineis specially for honing and burnishing step holes and the hole diameteraccuracy of machined work piece can be up to or over IT8-IT9, and surfaceroughness Ra 02.-0.4µm.It can also repair and maintain taper and elasticity ofmachined work piece with the help of partial honing. It can directly performhigh efficiency honing of cold drawing steel pipes.
2MK2135 deep hole honing machine is idealequipment for deep hole machining with high accuracy and high efficiency. Thismachine is mated with SIEMENS or FANUC CNC system. AC servo motor, honing boxadopt step less speed, and it also mated with Germany ATLANTA high accuracyracks and gears to realize the reciprocating of honing head and it can controlthe honing position too. This machine is mated with linear guide way and ithave service life and high accuracy. The honing head adopt hydraulic constantpressure expanding, sand blades always maintain constant pressure to be surethe roundness and cylinder of work piece. The honing pressure can be adjusted according to requires and it is device high and low voltage control to realize the rough and finish honing on the operate station.
