1. Main characteristics

 This machine is special equipment used for honing cylindrical deep-hole parts such as various hydraulic oil cylinders and cylinders. The hole diameter accuracy of machined workpiece can be up to or over IT6~IT7 level and surface roughness is Ra0.2-0.4μm. It can also repair and maintain taper and elasticity of machined workpiece with the help of partial honing.

 This machine is mated with KND-1000M CNC System, which is easy to assure accuracy of machined holes and decrease the intensity of labor.

 Sand blades and workpiece always maintain constant pressure during honing. It is a feature of high efficiency and strong cutting force. It can perform rough and finished honing of general cylindrical deep-hole parts after rough-boring. It can directly perform high efficiency honing of cold drawing steel pipes. Traditional deep-hole processing is simplified by using this machine. Productivity is greatly increased.

 The machine processing diameter range is 40-250mm, and the max processing depth is 2m. Besides, the material of the workpiece is cast iron and every kinds of steel after thermal treatment.

3.1 Bed

It divides into workpiece bed and carriage bed. And it uses the resin sand model and high quality cast iron. And on the carriage bed, there is the linear guide rail, which has the long service life and high accuracy.

3.2 Hydraulic system

Hydraulic system supplies the certain pressure hydraulic oil to make the honing bar constant pressure expansion. And the hydraulic system uses the limited pressure variable vane pump, which supplies oil with constant pressure and small flow when the certain pressure is reached.

3.3 Electric parts

The machine adopts the KND-1000m CNC system control, which can achieve the automatic cycle control. Reciprocating speed is displayed by panel, and is has characteristics of smooth reversing and easy speed regulation, which ensure the hole size accuracy and decrease the labor intensity.
