SPEEDFAM -Polishing Compounds confine to chemo mechanical polishing action. These are with controlled PH values to suit various applications. It contents uniformly suspended abrasive particles in slurry form and are soluble in water for dilution and used for polishing process. Several types os polishing compounds are to suit the various requirements. All polishing compounds are non-toxic and non-hazardous.
