Gem Diamond Files are all purpose tools for Carbide Cutting, Moulds and Dies Finishing, Cutting and Stamping Tools, Instruments and Gauges, and Lapidary Industries. Coated with irregularly shaped, angular yet blocky synthetic diamonds, these files are engineered to give faster and more economical stock removal on toughest surfaces. The use of friable diamonds ensures continuous micro-chipping of the diamond edge resulting in a permanently sharp cutting plane resulting in high stock removal rates throughout the life of the file.
The superiority of Gem Files lie in their unmatched cutting efficiency and longer tool life, made possible by excellent grit protrusion and high diamond concentration. Available in a host of sizes, and three standard grit sizes of Coarse, Medium and Fine for various stages of polishing. Can be custom made to order.
