Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) is a synthesised mass of randomly orientated cubic boron nitride (CBN) particles, bound by a ceramic binder phase.
CBN tools (cubical boron nitride) enable dry processing of hard ironmaterials in the 45 – 65 HRC range. In addition, they are suitable for cutting softer cast iron and grey cast iron. We could offer a large number of special tools for internal and external processing.
CBN tool range includes, dependent on the range of application, drills, milling cutters, reamers and ISO-Indexable inserts. These tools are applied in the automotive and medical industry as well as other spe-cific applications.
