Diamond dressing blocks are an economical alternative to costly reverse plated rolls and rotary diamond dressing wheels. A preformed block is manufactured with a single layer of diamond plated to its surface. This is then fixtured to a grinding table, and as the aluminum oxide or silicon carbide grinding wheel is traversed over the face of the block, it takes its form, which is then imparted to the workpiece being ground. Complex forms are easily manufactured to your requirements.
