The grinding is for sure the most important phase to prepare "the surface"for the colouring. A good grinding consents to a normal piece to be redy to be used or,if it is the case, to be sent to the polishing department where, the good preparation will consent a quick final excution. Technological development permit a wide use of abrasive belt at the point that actually we see the belt protagonist in workplaces that are highly technological and delicate. The abrasive belts has been able to reach this results thanking the granulometry more and more able to solve problems either for the fineness or the roughness; thanking the new quality of the abrasives used, but also the stratagem used in the production such as addition agents like stearated and similar. Execution can be by silicium carbide, aluminium oxide, zirconia and cork.
