    • These wheels have excellent profiling and cutting ability to achieve high throughput and low cost of grinding.
     
     

     

    • It is suitable for: SK4 and SK5 material, the hardness of handy disc grinds about HRC50.
    • Wheel Profile: grinding wheel with 1E1, 1EE1, 14E1 and 14EE1.
    • Wheel Angle: with 17 , 19 , 21 , 23 , 28 , 32 , 35 and customized angle wheel.

    Binders:

    1. Metal Wheel: It is used for direct molding grind with the larger amount of abrasion.
    2. Electroplating Wheel: It is used for saw plate with a punch, the smaller amount of abrasion.
