   BDM-902 precision tool grinder is the precision superhard cutting tool grinding machine we developed with independent intellectual property rights. The main components of the grinding machine are selected from international first-class products, so the running stability, reliability and consistency of the machine as well as the quality and accuracy of the cutting tool are effectively guaranteed. The machine is suitable for processing superhard cutting tools represented by PCD and PcBN. The grinder has many advanced features such as constant feed, quick advance and retreat, vertical axis automatic swivel and on-line dressing of grinding wheel, which greatly improves the processing efficiency and precision. Coupled with high precision cutting tool fixtures, the machine can efficiently process PCD piston knife in 3 μm measurement deviation and PCD reamer, ensuring that Ra≤0.05 μm.
