Zhengzhou Xin Rui Machinery Development co., ltd. (ZZXR) is established in august of 2012, and the aim of ZZXR is to offer LCM, and raw super-hard materials for customers.

The predecessor of ZZXR is a production company of LCM in Beijing. In order to develop better and faster, the normal company moved to Zhengzhou of Henan province and renamed ZZXR, because Zhengzhou is the biggest attractive place of super-hard materials and related products.

The following is two kinds of laser cutting machines for super-hard materials.

Ø  Pulse type LCM

The standard deployment of this type shows as following:

u  Wave of laser is 1064nm;

u  Displacement distance of X-Y stage is 200mm;

u  Repeat precision of X-Y stage is 3μm

u  Resolution of X-Y stage is 1.5μm

u  Fastest cutting speed is 5.0mm/s

u  Nominal Load of the Stage is less than 10kg;

u  In-situ monitoring of coaxial CCD, with reticle.

Ø  CW UV LCM

In order to improve the cutting speed for single diamond, ZZXR design a new CW uv laser cutting machine, and the wave length is 355nm. So far, only ZZXR can manufacture this kind of LCM in China. This kind of LCM has been used by AVIC of China.

Also, ZZXR is the agency of ADICO, a company producing the PDC/PCBN (D52mm), which can be used for superhard cutting tools.

And ZZXR offer on behalf of the superhard materials processing, with high quality, short processing cycle and a reasonable fee.
