How do I change my email address?

Note:
  • 1. The new email address should have never been registered on our site before.
  • 2. All following Sign In behavior should use new email address, because the old won't work.
  • 3. Please don't forget to confirm your new email address asap.

For the new one, if you cannot Sign In or if you have forgotten your registered email address, please contact our service team.

Change email when your current email is unverified, step as 1, 2, 3:

  • 1. Sign in to My iAbrasive
  • 2. Under "Account Setting" section, click "Change Email"
  • 3. Then enter new email, click "Submit"
Input new email directly, then submit.

Change email when your current email has been verified, step as 1, 2, 3:

  • 1. Sign in to My iAbrasive
  • 2. Under "Account Setting" section, click "Change Email"
  • 3. Then select whether your current email is valid or invalid and follow the instructions.
If select valid
An email was sent successfully! Please set new one by the link in the mail.
If select invalid
Configure security question
Input new email
Success
