The mainstream taxes of brown-fused alumina dumping furnace interval sand, stationary furnace interval sand and sub-white- fused alumina dumping furnace interval sand are respectively  around 4,350 to 4,450 Yuan per ton, 4,300 to 4,400 Yuan per ton and 5,200 to 5,300 Yuan per ton.

Enterprises in Henan show little enthusiasm for brown-fused alumina production at the moment and the abrasive market proportion decreases gradually. Some enterprises revealed that based on the demands and benefits situation in current abrasive market, they have made reduction on interval sand and fines proportion to survive, and use more blocks to process grain-sized sand in order to supply for abrasive wheel manufacturers, which simply maintain the basic function.

Individual sub-white-fused-alumina manufacturer have increased prices slightly for 100 Yuan per ton. According to investigation, iAbrasive reveals that due to the insufficient of raw material of sub-white-fused-alumina—bauxite, it also experienced a slight increased price. Besides, the market demand for sub-white-fused-alumina is limited that manufacturers shall produce accordingly, iAbrasive suggests.
